Garlic White Wine Mushrooms


Garlic White Wine Mushrooms

2 c. Mushrooms (crimini, porta, button), sliced or quartered

2 Tb. Butter

2 Tb. Parsley, chopped

1 Tb. Green Onion, chopped

1Tb. garlic, chopped

1/2 tsp. Salt

Pepper to taste

1/4 – 1/2 c. White Wine

Heat saute pan to medium high.

Melt butter in pan, add green onion, garlic and parsley.

Saute a minute, then add mushrooms.

After mushrooms are browned a bit, add white wine.

Add salt and pepper.

Cook mushrooms until wine is reduced by half.
